routine

Recently, I have 2 things of my routine. One is making lunch. Every day, if I buy lunch at convenient store, I will lost much money. This is also not good for my health.
So, I try to get up a little earier and make lunch.
Another is exercising. Before I go to bed I develop my abdominal muscles. This is very hard.
But these 2 things are my good routine. I want to continue!
